After successfully growing the multifamily development platform in the Southeast, Madison recently appointed Peter A. Petricca as Executive Managing Director of Development to lead their development operations in Texas and other southwestern markets. Peter will be headquartered in Dallas.

Prior to joining Madison Capital, Peter held executive positions with some of the nation’s leading multifamily development organizations including Trammell Crow Residential, Greystar Real Estate Partners, and Crescent Communities. He has developed over 9,100 units spanning all product types including garden style, wrap, podium, mid-rise, high-rise, and mixed-use. He began his career working in commercial construction for an ENR top-100 general contractor. Peter holds an MBA in real estate and finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS cum laude in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.
