Madison Capital Group, one of the nation’s fastest-growing real estate investment and development firms, has named Lacy Bradford chief marketing officer, continuing the firm’s strategic expansion of its executive leadership team and positioning it for the next phase of growth.
Bradford will oversee enterprise-wide branding, communications and marketing strategy across Madison Capital Group’s vertically integrated platform, which includes Go Store It Self Storage, Madison Communities, Madison Commercial, BenCo Construction, Madison Capital Markets and Madison Marinas. Her focus will include creating a cohesive brand identity and strategic communications platform that supports the company’s continued national growth, investor engagement and capital formation efforts.

Bradford brings extensive experience leading integrated marketing initiatives for institutional real estate investment platforms. Prior to joining Madison Capital Group, she spent nearly a decade at Stockbridge Capital Group, where she played a key role in advancing the firm’s marketing, investor communications and capital formation initiatives supporting both institutional and private wealth fundraising efforts, as well as broader strategic growth objectives. Earlier in her career, she worked with JLL in office and retail investment sales marketing.
