Madison Capital Group Acquires Vacant Sears Boxes in Asheville, NC

Madison Capital Group, LLC has recently purchased a vacant Sears boxes located at The Asheville Mall in Asheville, NC.  Madison has been purchasing empty retail boxes for a variety of uses over the past 3 years.  Other recent acquisitions include Sears boxes located at the Boise Town Square in Boise, ID, and the Oglethorpe Mall in Savannah, GA.

The Sears property sits on 15 acres and has frontage on Tunnel Road, which is one of the main commercial corridors in all of Asheville.

The Charlotte-based development company is not able to confirm what the plans are for the box.
