Madison Capital Sells Two Class a Multi Family Assets in North Carolina

Madison Capital Group, LLC, a Charlotte based real estate development firm, has recently sold two of its recent multi family development projects, Tryon Farms, a 240-unit community located in Charlotte and Burton Hills, a 232-unit community located in Asheville. Both projects were completed in 2021.

“Our strategy is to develop high quality garden style, suburban communities at an attractive basis and then exit those assets in a timely fashion” says CEO Ryan Hanks.

Madison has a robust development pipeline heading into 2022. The company has plans to break ground on 10-15 new projects in the following year in the Carolinas, TN, GA, FL, and VA.
