Will joined Madison Capital Group as General Counsel in 2023. He is responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of all development and investment projects of the company and its subsidiaries and the management of outside counsel. Previously, Will was a member of Alexander Ricks, PLLC, where he represented Madison Capital Group along with various other commercial real estate owners and developers, financial institutions, and high-net-worth family offices, developing a particular expertise in commercial real estate finance.
Will is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Political Science and Wake Forest University School of Law with a J.D. (Cum Laude; Order of the Coif). He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and Christ Episcopal Church. Outside of work, Will enjoys spending his time with his wife, Annie, and their two children.
