Scott Hastings, CFA, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer for Go Store It Self-Storage, where he oversees the company’s financial strategy and operations.
Prior to joining Go Store It, Scott served as Chief Financial Officer of Snapbox Self Storage. Following the merger of Snapbox and Go Store It in August 2024, the combined platform comprised approximately 150 assets totaling more than 10 million square feet.
Previously, Scott spent 17 years with Macquarie Group, formerly Delaware Investments, where he served as a Portfolio Manager focused on publicly traded real estate securities. His investment experience spans long/short equity, preferred and convertible securities, unsecured debt, and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). He began his career with Deloitte in its Audit and Advisory Group.
Scott holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
