Scott Hastings, CFA, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Go Store It; currently a top 20 operator in the country. Mr. Hastings was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Snapbox Self Storage. Snapbox and Go Store It merged in August 2024 creating a portfolio of more than 10mm square feet over approximately 150 assets. Previously, Mr. Hastings was a Portfolio Manager at the Macquarie Group, previously Delaware Investments, where he spent 17 years investment management, including investing in all types of publicly traded real estate securities, including long/short equity, preferred, convertible securities, unsecured debt, and CMBS. Prior to Macquarie, Mr. Hastings spent three years with Deloitte in the Audit and Advisory Group.
