Rook Verdone serves as Managing Director of Multifamily Investments for Madison Communities, where he leads underwriting and transaction execution across multifamily and build-to-rent development, acquisition, and refinance opportunities. Since joining Madison in 2022, he has overseen more than $1.2 billion in new deal volume and supports transaction execution and portfolio management across a multifamily portfolio exceeding $2 billion in assets under management.
Prior to joining Madison, Rook was an Acquisition Associate at ArborCrowd, focusing on LP equity investments in multifamily and build-to-rent opportunities. He began his career with Balfour Beatty Construction in project management.
Rook earned a B.S. in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Development.
