Rebecca Levell is the Vice President of Operations at Madison Capital Group, overseeing multifamily development and operational strategy. Since joining MCG in 2018, she has been instrumental in developing more than 2,500 units throughout the Southeast, including the $115 million project ‘The Garten’ in Charlotte’s Lower Southend (LoSo).
Previously with Aston Properties and Berkeley Capital Advisors, Rebecca brings deep expertise in acquisitions, financial analysis, and project execution. A Charlotte native and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she holds real estate licenses in both North and South Carolina.
