Matt McCoy serves as President of Madison Commercial, where he leads platform growth, investment strategy, and operations across the firm’s net-lease and commercial real estate activities.
With more than 25 years of real estate capital markets experience, Matt has executed more than $15 billion in equity, debt, and advisory transactions across the net-lease and commercial real estate sectors. His experience spans acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio strategy, capital structuring, and corporate real estate advisory.
Prior to joining Madison Commercial, Matt served as Managing Director at CGA Capital, an asset manager overseeing more than $14 billion in credit-tenant lease debt assets. He previously led the Net Lease Investments Group at PRP Real Assets and held senior leadership roles with Eastdil Secured and Wells Fargo Securities.
