Matt McCoy serves as President of Madison Commercial, the net-lease and commercial real estate division of Madison Capital Group Holdings. In this role, McCoy leads platform growth, investment strategy, and operations, guiding the expansion of Madison Commercial’s national footprint and leveraging the firm’s vertically integrated development and capital markets capabilities.
McCoy brings more than 25 years of real estate capital markets experience, having executed more than $15 billion in equity, debt, and advisory transactions across the net-lease and commercial real estate sectors. He is recognized for his deep transactional expertise, disciplined investment approach, and long-standing relationships across the institutional capital markets.
Prior to joining Madison Commercial, McCoy served as Managing Director at CGA Capital, an asset manager overseeing more than $14 billion in credit-tenant lease debt assets. He previously led the Net Lease Investments Group at PRP Real Assets and held senior leadership roles at Eastdil Secured and Wells Fargo Securities, where he advised institutional clients on complex real estate transactions nationwide.
McCoy’s career spans acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio strategy, capital structuring, and corporate real estate advisory, with a focus on scaling platforms and delivering durable, income-driven investment strategies.
