Lorraine Aiken currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Madison Capital Group, a role she assumed in March 2025. She first joined the company in 2022 as the Director of Marketing for Go Store It Self-Storage and Madison Marinas.
Lorraine’s career began in sports publishing and sales before transitioning into advertising, where she worked as an Account Executive at GTB (Global Team Blue), supporting the Tier II Ford Motor Company account. In 2016, she entered the senior living industry with private developer Maxwell Group, Inc., and Senior Living Communities. She served as the company’s Social Media Coordinator before being promoted to Director of Social Media, overseeing all aspects of branding, digital advertising, public relations, reputation management, and overall social media strategy.
Lorraine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is an active member of CRExCLT.
