Kim Beamish is the Executive Vice President of Investor Relations for Madison Capital Group, where she oversees investor relations, communications, reporting, and relationship management across the firm.
Kim brings more than 15 years of private equity real estate experience, combining a strong foundation in finance and accounting with extensive experience in investor relations. Prior to joining Madison Capital Group, she served as Vice President and Director at Walton Street Capital, where she helped establish the firm’s Investor Relations department. Earlier in her career, Kim was a Senior Accountant with Ernst & Young in Chicago.
Kim earned a B.A. in Accounting with a minor in Statistics from Miami University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Illinois.
