Kim Beamish brings a wealth of financial expertise and strategic insight to the role of Vice President of Investor Relations at Madison Capital Group, where she plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with investors and stakeholders. With 15+ years in the Private Equity Real Estate arena, and a solid financial foundation as a registered Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Kim seamlessly combines financial acumen and relationship-building skills with a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Before joining Madison Capital Group, Kim served as Vice President, Director at Walton Street Capital where she helped establish the Investor Relations Department. Prior to Walton Street, Kim was a senior accountant with Ernst & Young in Chicago, IL.
Kim has a BA in Accounting with a minor in Statistics from Miami University in Oxford, OH. She is a registered CPA in the state of Illinois. Outside of work, when Kim is not watching her three young children play baseball, basketball, soccer and volleyball, she loves to travel.
