Ken Carpenter is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Madison Capital Group, leading the firm’s real estate investment management business and guiding its overall strategic direction.
Ken brings more than 25 years of institutional real estate experience to his role. Prior to joining Madison Capital Group, he led Greystone’s expansion into the investment management space through the acquisition of a leading multifamily operator. Before Greystone, Ken oversaw the real estate investment management platform at Cantor Fitzgerald and served as President of a publicly registered, non-listed REIT.
Over the course of his career, Ken has directed the strategy and execution of multiple institutional platforms — acquiring, lending, financing, and managing more than $14 billion in commercial real estate across 22 million square feet of industrial, office, healthcare, retail, and multifamily properties.
Ken holds an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
