Ken is the President & Chief Investment Officer of Madison Capital Group, spearheading the company’s real estate investment management business and overall strategic direction.
Before joining Madison Capital Group, Ken led Greystone’s entry into the real estate investment management space through the acquisition of a leading multifamily operator. Before Greystone, he oversaw the real estate investment management platform for Cantor Fitzgerald and served as President of a publicly registered, non-listed REIT.
Over his 25-year real estate career, Ken has directed the strategy and execution of multiple institutional platforms, acquiring, lending, financing, and managing over $14 billion in commercial real estate across more than 22 million square feet of industrial, office, healthcare, retail, and multifamily properties. His previous leadership roles include Managing Director and Head of the Americas for Deutsche Bank’s Asset Finance Group, as well as Global Head of Structured Asset Finance for Wachovia and later Wells Fargo. Earlier in his career, Ken was a Vice President in Deutsche Bank’s commercial real estate finance group and a member of the investment banking team at NationsBank (now Bank of America).
Ken earned a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
