Joshua Hamby serves as Executive Managing Director for Madison Commercial, where he leads the sourcing, structuring, and execution of retail and mixed-use development opportunities across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. His responsibilities include scaling the firm’s retail and net-lease platforms, including Fresh Stop and Links Car Wash.
With more than a decade of retail real estate development experience, Joshua has been involved in more than $1 billion in projects across 40+ states. His experience spans site selection, underwriting, entitlements, construction management, and disposition, with a focus on complex, tenant-driven development projects.
Prior to joining Madison Commercial, Joshua held leadership roles with Hutton, Woodhaven Development Group, and Schaffer Construction, where he led site sourcing, development execution, and client expansion initiatives for large-scale retail and convenience store programs.
