Joe Teague is a Special Advisor with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, tax planning, and business analysis. A licensed attorney and CPA, Joe brings deep expertise in complex financial structures and like-kind exchanges, having overseen more than $1 billion in cumulative business transactions.
Since transitioning from public accounting in 1998, he has held advisory roles at several premier law firms in Charlotte, North Carolina, working closely with real estate developers, high-net-worth family offices, and private equity firms. Joe is a member of both the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
He holds an undergraduate degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University, where he played varsity baseball, and a law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Outside the office, Joe enjoys coaching Little League baseball and softball and spending time with his four children.
