Evan Stephens is the Chief Investment Officer for Go Store It Self-Storage, where he focuses on the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, developments, and expansion opportunities.
Prior to joining Go Store It, Evan worked for Jefferies Investment Banking in its Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging group, where he supported the evaluation and execution of strategic transactions for public and private real estate companies, including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
Over the course of his career, Evan has participated in more than $2 billion in real estate transactions, including more than $1 billion in the self-storage sector.
Evan earned an M.S. in Accountancy and a B.S. in Finance from Wake Forest University.
