David Pagliughi serves as Director of Marina Operations for Madison Marinas, bringing more than 25 years of recreational marine industry experience, including 14 years focused on marina management, construction, design, and operations.
Prior to joining Madison, David served as Regional Sales Manager for Sunstream Corporation, where he managed sales, distribution, dealer development, training, and customer service across a 15-state territory. He previously held leadership roles with the Rowboat Companies, Morningstar Marinas, Bertram Yacht, and Rampage Yachts. His experience spans marina operations, marine and real estate development, business development, and domestic and international sales.
David studied Business Management at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
