David is responsible for overseeing construction activities in the FL and TN Markets. He is responsible for leading the construction efforts on several projects working with the development, preconstruction, and construction project teams. Prior to joining Madison Capital Group, David had worked in the estimating and project management of over 6,500 multi-family, residential units located throughout Florida, North Carolina, and Virginia for Northwood Ravin, Greystar and JMC Communities, with total construction budgets of over $1.7 billion. He has been active in the multifamily construction industry since 1992, with expertise in the construction of all types of structures.
David’s received his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management and a M.B.A. with a focus on Project Management and Real Estate Finance from the University of Florida.
