David Pagliughi is the Director of Marina Operations at BlueGate. He brings over 25 years of experience in the marine industry—including 14 years in marina management, construction, design, and operations—he plays a key role in the company’s expansion and operational excellence. A native of Swansboro, North Carolina, Pagliughi studied business management at UNC Wilmington and now resides in the Lake Norman area. Before joining BlueGate, he held leadership positions at Sunstream Corporation, The Rowboat Companies, MSC Development, Stillwater Company, and Bertram Yacht, where he specialized in sales, marketing, and business development in the marine sector.
