As Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management, Collin is responsible for executing portfolio strategies to enhance and protect our multifamily investments. Whether its refining platform level processes and best practices to providing oversight at the property level he oversees all multifamily investments.
Collin has over 15 years of multifamily experience leading several institutional investment strategies from pre-stabilized acquisitions, value-add renovations, suburban development, to core development across the country representing over 15,000 units. Previously Collin worked with RealPage Inc. after the public company acquired his team to lead an Airbnb multifamily initiative. Prior to that in 2015, Collin was Vice President of Portfolio at Encore Capital Management, where he was involved in the development of 2,200 units and other opportunistic investments with committed equity is excess of $1 billion. Collin began his multifamily carrier at Trade Street Residential (NASDAQ: TSRE) where he held important roles leading Asset management to Acquisitions which eventually led to the sale of the public REIT to Independent Realty Trust.
Collin graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and from University of Miami with a Master’s In Business Administration. He is a member of NMHC and NAA.
