With nearly three decades of experience in real estate operations and asset performance, Christine brings a strategic, execution-focused mindset to every aspect of the business.
Since joining Madison in 2020, she has been instrumental in scaling the platform, leading lease-up strategies, optimizing asset performance, and building high-performing teams across all verticals. Her leadership has helped drive disciplined growth and operational excellence as Madison Capital Group expands its footprint across high-growth markets nationwide.
Christine is CAM and CAP certified, holds a North Carolina real estate license, and is an active member of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association.
