Baylor serves as Senior Associate for Madison Capital Group and Go Store It, where he focuses on capital markets and the strategic capitalization of self-storage acquisitions and developments. His responsibilities include evaluating and structuring debt and equity financing, managing lender and capital partner relationships, and executing capital initiatives across the platform. He also supports investor relations, asset management, operations, and other strategic initiatives throughout the investment lifecycle.
Prior to joining Madison, Baylor served as an Analyst at 30A Capital, LLC, a boutique broker-dealer, where he gained experience in investment analysis and capital structuring across a range of real estate sectors.
Baylor earned a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from the Culverhouse College of Business at The University of Alabama.
