Andrew Butcher serves as Executive Managing Director for Madison Communities, where he leads multifamily development and investment activities across Georgia and Tennessee. He oversees all aspects of development within his assigned markets, including site identification, underwriting, design and construction oversight.
Prior to joining Madison Communities, Andrew served as Vice President of Development at TWO Capital Partners, where he led build-to-rent and multifamily development initiatives throughout the Southeast. Previously, he worked at Alliance Residential, focusing on project sourcing and development management. Over the course of his career, Andrew has overseen the development of more than 5,000 multifamily units.
Andrew earned a B.A. in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
