The project is located in St. Johns County, which is one of the strongest submarkets in Florida and one of the fastest-growing counties in the nation. St. Johns County boasts tremendous employment growth, touting the second-highest growth rate in the nation from September 2022 to 2023.

The units will feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, high end cabinetry and quality flooring. Amenities on the property will include a clubhouse with on-site leasing office, community lounge with kitchen, and coffee bar, coworking spaces, fitness center, and a resort-style pool with cabanas, outdoor kitchen, grilling areas, controlled access, and 24-hour package lockers and a mail center in a garden-style multifamily development that is in proximity to restaurants, retail, office, and entertainment.
