Madison Communities, an affiliate of Madison Capital Group, has recently acquired a 15-acre apartment and commercial site in Cary, NC an affluent suburban of Raleigh. Located in the Crossroads area, the community will be called Madison Cary and construction will begin later this year. The project will feature a “big house” design with direct access units with garages.
Madison has a long history in the Raleigh – Durham apartment market, having acquired and developed several communities over the years throughout the Triangle. Currently Madison is under construction on a project in Wake Forest and is breaking ground on a project in Apex in a few months.
“We have been very active over the last few months across the Southeast region, recently acquiring sites in Tampa, Nashville, Richmond, Raleigh, Asheville, and Charlotte”. says CEO Ryan Hanks. Recently Madison expanded into Texas with an office in Dallas to cover the Dallas and Austin Markets.
