Madison 1031 Exchange Launches Madison Ridge DST, a Debt-Free Offering

Charlotte, NC (March 21, 2024) — Madison 1031 Exchange, LLC, a Delaware Statutory Trust sponsor and an affiliate of Madison Capital Group, LLC, has launched Madison Ridge DST, a Regulation D, Rule 506(c) offering for accredited investors.

Completed in 2023, Madison Ridge is a premier Class A multifamily asset located in the Charlotte Metropolitan Area. The property boasts 240 units, featuring spacious 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom floorplans and various community amenities. Madison Communities, a subsidiary of Madison Capital Group, manages the asset.
