Earlier in his career, he played a pivotal role in $336 million worth of Multi-Family, Industrial, and Net Leased transactions at a private equity firm, focusing on DST and TIC syndications, showcasing his expertise in structuring sophisticated investments.
Louis’s academic achievements include Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Humanities and Social Sciences from Dominican University of California.
