Louis Goodmon has over a decade of experience in retail and industrial net-leased assets. At Madison Capital, he led more than $100 million in single-tenant lease refinance transactions and managed acquisitions for Madison Net Lease Fund IV, which closed in late 2024.
Previously, he managed $125 million in transactions, including a 32-property C-store portfolio and industrial projects, as Director of U.S. Capital Markets at a boutique brokerage. He also oversaw $336 million in multi-family, industrial, and net-leased transactions at a private equity firm, specializing in DST and TIC syndications.
Louis holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Dominican University of California, a FINRA Series 22 license, and a California real estate license. He also serves on the Board of Governors for Ohlhoff Recovery Programs in San Francisco.
